PLDT ASENSO PLANS SUMMARIZED TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

There is a 36 month lockup period that is subject to a Termination fee of 3 months your monthly fee. Termination will occur if there is unpaid balance beyond a 1 month period. Termination can also occur upon the request for line disconnection before the 36 month lockup period exclusive of installation fee remaining balance.

There is an installation fee of 3600 which you would have to pay on a 36 month instalment basis. So your expected monthly bill would be:

• DTI PERMIT (For Business Establishments)

• OFW ID

• Philippine Air Force ID

• LTO Driver’s License

• Philippine Passport

• SEC (For Business Establishments)

• Senior Citizen ID

• Special Investor Resident Visa (SIRV)
